Refund Policy
All items, except Special Orders, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition and in original packaging. There are no restock fees. A refund, less return shipping costs, will be issued within 3 – 5 days from date we receive the returned item.
How do I initiate a return to Continental Equipment?
You may initiate a return by emailing [email protected]. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Simply affix the return label to the package and drop it at specified carrier – we will handle the rest!
How do you calculate my refund?
Continental Equipment will issue a refund for the full price of the item purchased, less shipping costs.
What if the error was made by Continental Equipment (e.g. wrong item sent)?
If the error was made by Continental Equipment, we will refund the full amount of the item, including freight, upon receipt of the returned item in new, original packaging. We will provide the prepaid return label at not cost.
Are there limitations on items that can be returned?
Special Order items are non-returnable, all other items may be returned within 30 days. All sales are final after 30 days. The returned item must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Items cannot be returned if installed, modified or damaged.
How soon can I expect my refund for my returned item?
Your refund will be issued within 3 – 5 business days of the date that we receive the returned item. Once issued, a refund may take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card. We will notify you via e-mail when your refund has been initiated. Your refund will be issued against the original purchase method which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.
Can International orders be returned?
Yes, international orders may be returned within 30 days. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Currency and Exchange Rate: All transactions are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Please note that we are not liable for any fluctuations in the exchange rate that may occur between the time of your purchase and the time of your refund. The exchange rate applied during the refund process will be determined by our payment processing partners and may differ from the rate at the time of purchase.
